Biosystems (BSG) provides design-build services for water treatment and desalination equipment applications. Because water is a basic requirement for almost every type of industry, BSG has been involved in many fields including mining, water processing, municipal water supplies, and the supply of resort drinking water. The company provides after-sale support services such as operations and maintenance under contract or on an as-needed basis. 

As a design-build company, BSG will analyze a particular application and advise the best design solution. Once the client approves these, BSG will then construct the equipment to meet the specifications. Construction may include turn-key site works, total equipment supply, or partial system supply. The company has in-house control capability options that provide maximum flexibility in process implementation. The BSG can also operate water treatment and desalination equipment on a contract basis and offer continuing after-sale support through technical assistance, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply. BSG’s plants and installations can be monitored using Internet-based remote monitoring.

BioSystems Group has over 25 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and maintaining water treatment plants and can supply systems tailored to meet various conditions and requirements. For example, boiler feed water will require high-purity demineralized water, whereas construction water quality requirements may be lower than that of potable water.

While BSG’s core business is desalination, it can also supply ancillary process systems such as intakes and discharges, conveyance pipelines, water storage, and traditional water treatment systems.
