Biosystems was contracted to survey the existing equipment, determine the deficiencies and recommend a course of action for upgrading the plant. The desalination plant was in critical condition for the successful operation of the plant, Biosystems further provided cost options for expanding projection along with options or reduction of water consumption and improve operating energy efficiency.
